Following the success of multi blade cutters ng-9/2400 and ng-5/3000 equiped with our side entering technology, we have been trying to further imporve the multi blade cutters to get maximum possible benifits, i.e., more production at less cost and with higher efficiency. With our latest twin cut multi blade cutters (having dual housing) we have taken a step further to achieving an ideal multi block cutter. KMT NG-14/2500 Twin Cut is a result of months of research and developement and hardwork of karm machine tools' employees.

FEATURES



Dual Housings


KMT Twin Cut Multi Cutter has two housings instead of one. Having Two housings opens a lot of new opprtunities like providing different RPMs to each housing/set of blades, sharing the weight of the blades, providing more control over the multi blade cutter etc.

RPMs and Brazing


One of the major issue faced by the orthodox cutters with multiple blades was the unequal brazing of the blades, meaning the lifetime of the smaller blades was much smaller than that of the bigger blades. Cause of this problem is the RPMs fed to the blades by the housing was same for every blade, but the RPMs required by the smaller blades and the bigger blades has huge margin. So, with dual housings, it is now possible for us to feed different RPMs to different set of blades. Hence enabling us to set the RPMs accoding to the blade's diameter. In twin cut multi blade cutter machine, we provide higher RPMs to the smaller blades and lower RPMs to the bigger housing to eliminate the unequal brazing of the blades.




Side Entering Technology

The twin cutter multi blade cutter is equipped with our own side entering technology, which makes it possible for the machine to shift from the side (horizontaly shifting) instead from the top (vertical shifting). This change in the multi cutters' working saves a lot of time by making the blades travel fast across the stone and by eliminating the heavy lifting work by reducing the vertical movement of the machine. Hence, increasing the production, reducing the electricity consumption and making the multi blade cutter machine more economical and efficient.




Controller and Operator ergonomic


KMT Twin Cut Multi Blade Cutter procides a touch-screen controller (HMI) to controller the machine. It also diplays the stats of the machine. The controller lets the operator to programm the machine and set the parameters.
