KEY FEATURES


Body of some parts is Casted with very high quality of aluminium, same aluminium that is used in the aeroplanes. This provides rigidity and long life.

Maintenance of the KMT pride 41 and 76 is pretty easy. Staircase and stands on the machine makes it easy to access the machine wihtout any trouble. It also makes it easy to change/install the wires and maintain the pulleys and hydraulic cylinders.

Rubber profiles are in two colors which makes it easier to install the wires. Rubber profiles also has three grooves profile as well as one groove profile to ensure cutting of slabs in different thickeness. Material of the rubber profile is polyurethane, which is hard elastomer and has high Resistance to Water, Oil & Grease. Polyurethane is also flexible and provides tear, abrasion & impact Resistance.

KMT Multi Wire Saw Pride procides a touch-screen controller (HMI) to controller the machine. It also diplays the stats of the machine. The controller lets the operator to programm the machine and set the parameters.
